bulletin","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"食育実践における組織間連携に関連する要因を明らかにすることを目的とした。「深谷市の地域に根ざした食育実践に関する調査」のデータを用いた。結果として、個人の食育実践の連携状況・態度は、性、年代、所属、地域愛着、一般的信頼、食育活動への意欲、主観的健康感、健康意図と関連していた。また、所属する組織の連携状況は組織ごとに異なった。多くの者が、指導マニュアル、日頃からの地域との連携、資金、研修会が連携推進に必要だと答えた。食育の内容として、主食・主菜・副菜のそろった食事を意識すること、好き嫌いや食べ残しをなくすこと、食べ物を無駄にしないように心掛けることが重要であり、よくかんでゆっくり食べる習慣を身につけること、食べものを無駄にしないよう心掛けること、食事の準備や後片付けを手伝う習慣を身につけることが実行しやすいと、多くの者が認識していた。本研究は今後の食育実践における組織間連携の推進に貢献する。(著者抄録)","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.50818/00000087","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"東都大学"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2435-8878","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"町田,
