The more frequent the participation in meetings and conferences, the more visible the promotion of the relationships. promoted, so continuous holding of such meetings and active participation are useful in improving face-toface relationships interprofessional healthcare workers. The establishment of face-to-face relationships is also necessary to eliminate biases among non-medical professionals and medical
