bulletin","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は、補完代替療法(CAM)の看護教育への導入に対する看護師の期待や考えを明らかにし、看護系大学におけるCAMの教育方法に示唆を得ることである。関東近郊の病院に勤務する看護師1034名を対象に、自記式質問紙調査を実施した。回収率は30.7%であった。分析は記述統計やt検定を用い、自由記載については質的帰納的に分析した。その結果、CAMの項目別の期待では、「マッサージ」「指圧」「リラクセーション」「音楽療法」の4項目で期待が多く、健康食品では少なかった。また、CAMの教育導入の賛否における期待では、「指圧」「リフレクソロジー」「マッサージ」「カイロプラクティック」「アロマテラピー」「リラクセーション」「セラピューティックタッチ」「音楽療法」「瞑想」「ヨーガ療法」などの19項目で肯定群の方が高かった。さらにCAMの看護教育への導入に対する考えは、【医療の進歩や患者のニーズの変化に応じて知識を得る】【患者・家族への情報提供、質問や相談に対応する】【患者の苦痛緩和を図るための有効な方法として学ぶ】【科学的エビデンスのないものを教育することに戸惑う】【経験を積んでから学ぶ看護の応用として捉える】【教育内容・方法に工夫が必要である】【関心のある人が必要に迫られた時に学べばよい】【種類が多く内容を選別するのが困難である】【臨床現場には教育の機会がない】の9カテゴリに分類された。以上のことから、CAMを看護教育に導入する上では看護技術が本来もつ治療的・治癒促進的な側面を見直し、再評価して、それらを看護独自の介入法として新たに位置づけていく必要性が示唆された。(著者抄録)","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.50818/00000052","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"東都大学"}]},"item_10002_relation_10":{"attribute_name":"ISBN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"東都大学","subitem_relation_type_select":"ISBN"}}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2186-1919","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"本谷,
